Lynne Blackburn
A passionate youth and community development professional, with over 10 years experience in the field, having worked in the commercial field, as a voluntary community activist and as a community development consultant.
Specialisms: excellent organisational skills, strong communicator at all levels, and has particular skills in organising and delivering consultation events, running workshops, forums and community planning events. Strong skills in youth work, community development, capacity building, participatory appraisal skills, facilitation and mediation.
Abdul Haleem
An experienced community development consultant, ICT trainer and facilitator with over 7 years experience of working in the field of customer relations.
Having worked within communities, with young people and the Black Ethnic Minority groups. Specialisms include: community development and engagement, community research analysis, training, youth work, project management, facilitation, financial management and administration.
Project specific teams
With all our projects we offer the opportunity for local residents and young people to be part of the team. This has several benefits when carrying our community consultations, events and projects, it offers a familiar face to the community, local people know and understand their communities far better than we do, it also offers the opportunity to become part of the project and develop new skills.
